First up: A gorgeous set of 12 damask-inspired cupcake wrappers from Bella Cupcake Couture
Behind Door #2: A set of 12 Sur La Table silicone baking cups (You've always wanted to try these, right?)
And last but certainly not least: A cupcake-shaped cookie cutter! So you can still have cupcakes...even when you're having cookies :)
And now, what you really want to know...How do I win??
1. Just leave a comment here telling me anything about cupcakes. That's right. Anything. Just be sure to include your email in the appropriate comment box so I can contact you (don't worry, your contact info won't be published--unless you include it in your comment)
2. For an extra chance to win, retweet this contest on Twitter (be sure to include @Cancemini4 so I can find you!)
3. That's it. Seriously. The winner will be chosen randomly via computer and announced here in 1 week. Prizes can be shipped anywhere in the world. You have until midnight EST January 20th, 2011 to enter, so what are you waiting for?!
Thank you to all who have made the last two years truly a joy, and I can't wait to read all of your comments!
Love the contest idea! So a couple years ago I received a really neat cupcake carrier (with stackable muffin pans) as a gift. I hadn't used it in quite a while and forgot how it worked... accidentally used both of the pans to bake, when one of them was just meant to be a carrying device. Gotta love the aroma of melting plastic.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute contest! Umm, my blog's name is "Never Turn Down A Cupcake"... that should prob suffice as something about cupcakes and my feelings about them, haha! :o)
ReplyDeleteI just RT'd this post on Twitter @kay819
ReplyDeletePie will never overtake cupcakes, no matter what the New York Times (or you!) say.
ReplyDeleteI think that there is something sweetly nostalgic about cupcakes thus why people are so crazy about them. It's like we can't help ourselves. It was part of our childhood memories, so even as adults, we're giddy to have one. I think that the recent cumulation of Cupcakeries in the Washington, DC area is an interesting trend and I often wonder if it will stick around. My favorite is the Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing. I just love it. :)
ReplyDeletep.s. Happy Blog-iversary!

ReplyDeleteI really do want to try the silicone molds! Lately, I have been experimenting with different ways to make instant oatmeal. I recently made oatmeal muffins. I know, I know... cupcakes > muffins. But they're made the same way! :p
ReplyDeleteHappy blogiversary, Hilary!
